The Brain conjures a psychic tentacle that grapples an enemy, latching on for two turns and immobilizing them. The target can try to escape on their turn by rolling an opposed grapple check.

3+2d8 damage, and target is stunned. Only usable on grappled targets.

 

T2 RAISE UNDEAD, MINOR

The Brain Coral raises 1d4 Undead Sailors nearby. Storyteller's choice whether the sailors die when the Brain Coral dies, or not.

Note: The Brain Coral is psychically aware of sentient beings within a small radius, and can project telepathic images into their minds. It is intended to be a boss-like creature.
