Halflings

Thieves, highwaymen, and silver-tongued vagabonds comprise most halflings. They have their own safe haven from outsiders inside the Hidden Valley, which recently became a part of the Vestian Empire. Inside are rich farmlands, peaceful green hills, leaf to smoke, and mouthwatering secret recipes.

Some halflings are scattered throughout the lands as adventurers and travelers.
